Latest: County survey shows satisfied residents

The satisfaction level among Hertfordshire residents is at 88 per cent, according to an Opinion Research Services survey.
The survey, carried out by in October 2008 through face-to-face interviews, provides a snapshot of how residents feel about living in Hertfordshire, their perceptions of county council services the contact they have had with us in the last year.
The survey revealed that overall satisfaction with the county council is 73%, compared with 66% in 2007/08.
