Home improvements for Watford start in Croxley Green

Posted by news desk in Local News, 5th June 2008, 4:52pm

A £66million improvement programme will bring new bathrooms and kitchens to residents in Watford.

Homes in Croxley View and Queenswood Crescent were the first to receive an upgrade, as part of a five-year works scheme for tenants of Watford Community Housing Trust.

The new installations will be completed in order of need, and not all residents will get both a new kitchen and bathroom.

Tenants were involved in the programme from the start, helping to select the contractors to carry out the work and choosing the style for their own refurbishments from a range of options.
