Planning interest grows across Three Rivers
Three Rivers Council has announced that the number of new planning applications it receives has risen by 5 per cent,
compared with the January to May period for 2009.
According to the report, the council received 514 applications between 1 January and 31 May 2010, compared with 490 between 1 January and 31 May 2009.
The number of decisions issued has also risen from 388 to 428 over the same period.
A high turnout at a recent Three Rivers Agents Forum, set up to discuss the operations of Development Management and Development Plans, indicated that there is interest around building and planning in Three Rivers areas like Rickmansworth, Chorleywood and Croxley Green.
